What we do:

We specialize in new construction, commercial and residential plumbing. We excel in all type of plumbing service (including drain and sewer repair). We have our own backhoe allowing us to be very competitive in digging up water and sewer lines for repair when necessary.

Our prices are competetive and we use quality materials, providing a high quality of work to ensure that the projects we complete for you will last for years.

We have replaced many polybutulene water lines which were installed years ago to cut costs. Many of those poly lines are failing and must be replaced. Our preference is to use copper piping as it has proven to last for years. If customers prefer plastic piping our employees are all certified in Aqua Pex and Pex tubing. We provide a one year warranty on all labor.

Pricing scale:

Action Plumbing and Heating uses a pricing scale different from some of our competitors. We use a method of pricing called 'Time and Material' where you pay us for exactly what we give you and nothing more. A lot of companies today use a pricing method called 'Fixed Rate' where they advertise it to be more cost effective because they can give you an exact price before doing any work and sometimes without even seeing the job to be done. Fixed Rate pricing is when companies take an estimate of any job based on a worst case scenario, including after hour charges, but we know that most cases are not worst case scenarios. We at Action know that worst case scenarios are rare and feel that it's unfair to charge you a fixed price for a job that will not cost us as much and therefore we bill you for only the materials and labor that are necessary to get the job done. What does this mean to you? Simply that you will likely pay less for the same, if not better, quality of work.
