Dick Zastrow

SPECIALTY: Owner and Master Plumber


Dick Zastrow is President of Action Plumbing & Heating Inc. Dick started in the plumbing trade in 1972 in Nebraska. In 1982 he received his Master Plumber's license in Nebraska. In 1983 he and his family moved to Colorado. He received his Journeyman's and Master's license in Colorado in 1984.

Action Plumbing & Heating Inc was started in September 1993 as an S Corporation after Dick's partnership with another Loveland plumbing company for eight years. Dick started with one employee in 1993 and has worked his way up to eight employees now.

Due to the amount of repair work we do, we know what works and what doesn't. Our goal is to use quality products and install them in a professional manner to ensure years of trouble free service. Every employee of Action Plumbing and Heating is trained well and we do the job right the first time to avoid any unnecessary hassle of having to fix avoidable problems later.

Safety is important to Action Plumbing & Heating. We hold monthly safety meetings and jobsite inspections to help train our technicians as well as maintaining a drug free workplace.

Stephanie Sherwood

SPECIALTY: Office Management


Stephanie Sherwood is the Office Manager. Stephanie joined the team at Action Plumbing and Heating in 2005 after spending twenty-nine years in banking, of which all but four were spent in management. Stephanie's family includes her husband, Tim, son, Dustin, three cats and one dog. Stephanie enjoys quilting, gardening, fishing, cooking, reading and traveling.






Debbie Fraker

SPECIALTY: Accounts payable and Receivables, Phones and Customer Service

Debbie Fraker started her time with Action Plumbing and Heating in April of 2008. She came to Action after being employed by a Boulder lawn sprinkler company for 27 years. Debbie is married with three grown children and one granddaughter. She's a Colorado native and resident of Loveland for 25 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, walking, baking and camping in Colorado's most treasured mountains.

Ari Asllani

SPECIALTY: New Construction and boiler installation

Ari Asllani started out in the plumbing trade when he joined Action Plumbing and Heating in 2000. He specializes in new construction and boiler installation. Ari moved to Colorado eleven years ago with his Mother and Father from Albania. He enjoys boating, fishing, photography, soccer and working on his rental properties.






Ben Zastrow

SPECIALTY: New construction, residential and commercial, and repairing water lines.


Ben Zastrow has been with Action Plumbing and Heating since his start in plumbing in 2000. He specializes in new construction, residential and commercial, and repairing water lines.






Everett Bahr

SPECIALTY: Service tech, waterlines and sewer repair and replacement


Everett Bahr started working with Action Plumbing and Heating in 1998, as his family owned a plumbing and heating business, he has been in the trade for thirty-seven years. Everett's home life includes his wife of twenty-one years, Lisa, son, Dylan and daughter, Sommer. Everett enjoys golfing, playing pool and card games.






Gary Lacher

SPECIALTY: Service on plumbing and boilers

Gary Lacher has been with Action Plumbing and heating since April of 2007 and has been in the plumbing trade for over thirty-three years. He started plumbing in the Navy Seebees and continued with the trade in NE Colorado and along the Front Range. Gary is married with four kids and grandchildren. He enjoys golf, weather permitting.






TJ Schissell

SPECIALTY: New construction, install gas, copper, fixtures and PVC

TJ Schissell has been working with Action Plumbing and Heating since September of 2008. He began his career as an apprentice in 2006. He moved to Colorado from California 15 years ago. TJ enjoys fishing, camping and motorcycling.
